friendly welcome cosy room great meal loud banging hot room small windows
I received such a friendly welcome, the staff were very cute. the room had such great value. It was a nice cosy room, and i booked another night right away. i had the mixed grill for a meal, and it was a fantastic meal. the location also felt great!
The noise was bad. There was much loud banging of doors through the night. the room felt quite hot, and it happened to be one of the hottest days of the year. the windows were small, and they didn't open properly.

comfortable stay near kings norton station
comfortable bed convenient location friendly staff english breakfast
my room was super clean and included a very comfortable bed. the location was convenient as shops and restaurants were nearby. i found all staff members to be friendly and accommodating . i enjoyed a full english breakfast with coffee for a reasonable price.
i noticed the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was a minor inconvenience

the hotel is close to kings norton rail station. this offers regular train services to the city center. a supermarket is also located just around the corner for convenience.

loud saturday night, faulty smoke alarms
the location was acceptable for train and bus services.
the noise was unbelievable! there was blatant smoking in the corridors and rooms, made the smell horrible. the smoke alarms weren't working, i saw in the morning that they were not operating. there was no one available at night, physically or by phone.

helpful staff clean room
the staff were helpful (i really appreciated that). my room was clean. i found the location quite convenient. there was a supermarket close by, only about 100 meters away.
the tv had limited channels.

The location was very convenient, with good bus connections to the city center. the shower was also good. It worked perfectly.
